No. S.R.O. 310-L/84.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 5 of part B of the First Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 1984(XXXVI of 1984), and in supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 221-L/82, dated the 28th June, 1982, the National Board of Revenue is pleased to fix fourteen and a half per cent. as the rate referred to in the said sub-paragraph.
2. This notification shall take effect on the 1st day of July, 1984.
